TRG Management is looking for a Leasing and Marketing Data Analyst to join the team! This is an entry level Temporary role that will be located onsite at our Weston Office.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collect and analyze data related to real estate market trends, property values, and costs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous validation processes.
- Conduct market research and analyze real estate transactions to advise on optimal pricing strategies and marketing opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data collected and analyzed.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Design and implement market surveys to gather relevant data on market data and conditions.
- Review and analyze survey results to provide actionable insights.
- Use tick sheets to conduct regular reviews and updates of revenue management pricing.
- Monitor pricing strategies to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with market surveys and revenue management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
