The Labor and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring subcontractors’ daily jobsite sign-ins and reviewing certified payroll reports to ensure compliance. This role involves working closely with the job site management team and subcontractors to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.
Experience with Prevailing Wage, Davis-Bacon, Elations System, and certified payroll reports is beneficial but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify subcontractor worker sign-ins in Smart Barrel, addressing any errors.
- Review and organize original certified payroll reports for submission to monitoring agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for compliance purposes.
- Assist subcontractors with Elations reporting for Section 3 compliance and employee details.
- Prepare and upload weekly sign-in reports to Procore and Elations.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Familiarity with Elations, Smart Barrel, and Procore is a plus.
