Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones/greet visitors
- Notify Residents of upcoming events
- Keep record of all event flyers and/or important information
- Make copies when needed
- Assist Administrative Assistant when needed
- Ensure smooth communication with residents and timely resolution of needs or concern
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Create Monthly Calendar of Events
