We are currently hiring for Balancing Technicians/General Machinist for our client in North York. They are into Aerospace and Nuclear industries.
Role- Permanent
Shift - Afternoon 4:30pm - 12:30pm. (Premium 10%)

Pay rate - 20 -25$
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Perform balancing and testing of mechanical, HVAC, and/or electrical systems.
2.Use specialized tools and instruments (e.g., air balancing devices, vibration analyzers, flow meters) to measure airflow, pressure, and system efficiency.
3.Analyze system performance data and adjust settings to achieve optimal balance.
4.Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve system imbalances.
5.Ensure systems meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
6.Conduct routine maintenance and adjustments of air and fluid systems.
7.Prepare and maintain detailed reports documenting all tests, results, and recommendations for improvements.
8.Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

EDUCATION:
- Secondary School (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
MUST HAVE:
- 2 years (required)
- Effectively communicate in English both written and spoken
- Clear Background Records Check.
- Able to work in Canada.
- Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident Status Required.
