Director of Marketing & Business Development
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing & Business Development to join our team at Tri-Boro Credit Union in Munhall, PA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, maintaining our website and social media presence, and creating engaging content for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update our website and chat feature to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Create quarterly newsletters, statement messages, hospital ads, and lobby ads that promote our products and services.
- Develop a yearly marketing plan that aligns with our credit union's goals and objectives.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of our lobby and office materials, including brochures and display racks.
- Coordinate and attend credit union events, functions, and meetings as assigned.
- Identify opportunities for advertising and event sponsorship, and assist other employees with related tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between the credit union and market-related product and service demands, identifying new product and service offerings and adjustments.
- Maintain reports on sponsorship and advertising requests, ensuring coordination and completion of board-approved requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including receptionist tasks.
Qualifications:
- Requires 2-5 years of related experience in marketing or business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, and Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with coworkers, vendors, organizations, members, and potential members.
- A high level of reliability, maturity, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize are essential for this role.
- Availability to attend conferences, training seminars, and additional schooling with overnight travel, evenings, and weekends is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
