**Job Title:** Director of Marketing & Business Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Director of Marketing & Business Development at Tri Boro Credit Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster strong relationships with our members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing and business development, with expertise in creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing website content, and maintaining social media presence. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update our website and chat feature to ensure seamless member engagement
- Create an annual marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and goals
- Manage lobby and office materials, as well as brochure displays, to maintain a professional and organized appearance
- Coordinate and participate in credit union functions, including events and sponsorships
- Identify and capitalize on advertising opportunities, event sponsorships, and other business development initiatives
- Serve as the credit union liaison to identify market-related product and service demands, informing new product and service offerings and adjustments
- Develop and maintain sponsorship and advertising request reports, ensuring timely completion of approved requests
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A high level of reliability, maturity, and self-motivation, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to attend conferences, training seminars, and other professional development opportunities, including overnight travel and weekend commitments
