**Director of Maintenance Services:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Services Director to join our team at Tri Boro Credit Union. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facilities maintenance operations.
- Vendor Management: Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee daily tasks such as keeping the property grounds, office lobbies, kitchen, and bathroom's cleaned, floors mopped, garbage cans emptied, and stocking of supplies related and assigned.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner, including light bulb replacements, general repairs - painting, plumbing, electrical, asphalt/concrete, landscape work, window cleaning, etc.
- Supply Chain Management: Maintain all areas of supply ordering, inventories, and stocking.
Requirements:
- Background: Requires 2-5 years of prior related experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge: General knowledge in facilities management and maintenance to include areas of property Landscape, Plumbing, Electrical, Furnace & Air Conditioning, Asphalt and Concrete maintenance and general repairs.
- Physical Abilities: Requires physical labor - moderate to heavy lifting, walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders, no fear of heights indoors and outdoors in varying internal and external weather conditions.
- Certifications: Must pass related background checks with no criminal records and may be required to pass an illegal Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Licenses: Valid Unexpired Driver's License for driving personal and credit union owned vehicles to work in all assigned locations.
- Professional Standards: Professional appearance required with No Visible tattoo's, facial or tongue piercings.
