General Description:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Experience:
Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They should have prior and proven office experience with managing schedules and correspondences, maintaining records, inputting information in databases and spreadsheets, as well as working closely and providing support to other administrative staff and colleagues. They should have experience in fast-paced environments, be able to showcase strong multi-tasking skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications – The Must-Haves:
- Proficient in using phone systems
- Possess skillfulness to handle a high volume of calls
- Meet and greet our customers with a friendly disposition, both on the phone and in person
- Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills when fielding customer related inquiries
- High level of computer literacy, including familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop and MS Office365 – A test will be conducted, there is no training available for these skills
- Possess strong time management skills and understand the importance of prioritizing
- Maintain a neat and clean image/presentation at all times
- Must be self-motivated
- Communicate well with others and display a team member attitude
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong attendance
