DSP is an entry level position.
Our agency strives to provide services to our clients that aim to improve their personal independence and overall quality of life. As a DSP, you'll receive paid training that will qualify you to work with developmentally disabled individuals and assist them in their daily activities.

Our Minimum qualifications are;
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Current Driver's License
- Ability to pass a DSHS Background Check
- Ability to pass a random drug screening
- You must be able to provide your own vehicle that meets safety requirements
- Current Vehicle Insurance
Benefits:
TCRS pays 80% of the medical, dental and vision insurance premiums for eligible employees. Employees are responsible for the total premium for any dependents.

Additional contributions may be made for Full-time employees who are participating in the retirement plan and have completed 3 years of continuous eligible employment. The additional contribution is based on the employee’s scheduled hours and the following criteria: 1%, additional after 3 years of continuous eligible employment. 3%, additional after 5 years of continuous eligible employment. 5%, additional after 7 years of continuous eligible employment. 7%, additional after 9 years of continuous eligible employment.
