What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Director position at Tri-Cities Residential Services?
Responsible to develop, oversee and provide training to all new and current employees; ensure regulatory and contract compliance as it pertains to employee training; and to lead all other administrative and program management team members in implementing and completing all required employee trainings. Collaborate with all members of the leadership team and with all TCRS employees.
Coordinates the following trainings: LTCW Orientation & Safety; DDA Residential 40 Hours; 30 Hour Peer Coaching; Nurse Delegation; CPR/1st Aid; Bloodborne Pathogens, Financial, Continuing Education and other trainings as requested. Ensures all TCRS employees complete all required within the allowed time limits.
Assumes responsibility for, oversees and acts as lead administrator of the Internal Data System. Performs related duties as assigned and maintains performance standards.
Starting wage $29.22/hr. Sign on bonus!
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of advance education and/or experience in Human Services or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations in Human Services or a related field.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and autonomous office setting.
- Exceptional organizational, customer service and computer skills, including Word, Excel, Publisher and Database.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Vehicle and auto insurance that meets agency safety and insurance standards.
- Satisfactorily pass a DSHS Criminal History Background, including fingerprints.
