We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Overnight Shift Leader to join our Burger King team and ensure smooth operations during the overnight hours.

The Overnight Shift Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees, maintaining high levels of customer service, and upholding Burger King's standards of quality and cleanliness.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle challenges that may arise during the night shift

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position is responsible for :

• Supervise and motivate a team of employees during overnight hours to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and enforce Burger King's operational and safety standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-food environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
