Salary :
Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Project Scheduler for South Bend, IN. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for setting project goals and deadlines, estimating labor needs, drafting staff schedules, and communicating timelines to all departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Schedule Development - Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 based on project requirements, scope, and constraints
- Resource Allocation - Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Critical Path Analysis - Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks in the project schedule, and propose solutions to mitigate risks and delays
- Progress Monitoring - Monitor and track project progress against the schedule, identifying deviations and variances, and take proactive measures to address issues and maintain schedule adherence
- Communication - Communicate schedule updates, progress reports, and potential impacts on project timelines to project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Risk Management - Identify and assess schedule risks, develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions, and maintain project schedule integrity.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with project teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, optimize the sequencing of activities, and streamline construction processes to improve project efficiency
- Documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, including revisions, change orders, and as-built schedules, by project requirements and company standards
