- Build and strengthen relationships with customers in your branch.
- Be primary contact for customer inquiries and relationship management.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business from existing clients.
- Partner Commercial Banking and Mortgage Lending to expand services.
- Engage in outbound sales campaigns and customer relationship reviews.
- Support branch staff in developing sales techniques and strategies.
- Participate in business visits to build new customer relationships.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
- Partake in sales meetings and workshops.
- 2 years of banking experience.
- Proven success in business development and sales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of consumer lending products & services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying detail oriented.
