What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/Administrative Assistant position at Tri-City United Soccer Club?
Tri-City United Soccer Club is growing and looking for a new teammate to support our soccer programs and manage day-to-day office operations.
This role will include (but not limited to):
- Providing administrative support to the Competitive Director and Executive Director, as well as general office support
- Process payroll and HR data entry functions
- Manage day-to-day office and front desk/front door operations including phone calls, emails and walk-ins
- Provide general support to visitors, phone calls, web/email/social media inquiries
- Occasional night/weekend hours supporting events & tournaments
This is a part-time to full-time position. The ideal candidate will work our office hours each week.
- Mondays 11:30am-5pm
- Tuesdays 9:30am-6pm
- Wednesdays 9:30am-6pm
- Thursdays 9:30am-6pm
- Fridays 9:30 am-12pm
The ideal candidate will be organized, be able to prioritize deadlines, experience with performing administrative functions, payroll and/or HR experience, and be an excellent communicator. They will be punctual, reliable, and will work with our members to provide the best information/direction possible. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; and experience using a information systems and/or other type of database software. Experience moderating web meetings for small and large groups is helpful.

This position requires office hours in Fargo, but some duties can be performed from home or elsewhere.. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
