Job Description :
Our client is seeking a skilled Cisco Voice Engineer with experience in Cisco voice technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity, with Cisco Contact Center experience being a strong plus. However, candidates with extensive voice experience in similar environments will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, manage, and support Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain Cisco voice solutions, including system upgrades and expansions.
- Work with Cisco Contact Center (preferred) to enhance communication solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate voice technologies with existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide documentation and support for system configurations and changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security protocols.
