Duties And Responsibilities
- Project Management Support: Assist in developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects stay on track with timelines and budgets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools, collaborating with the team to implement improvements for better efficiency.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update essential project documents, such as charters, schedules, risk registers, and meeting minutes, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and distribute project status reports, organize meetings, and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Estimating May 2025 through August 2025.
- Hours: Estimated 24 to 40 hours per week - Potential for 3 school credits.
- Schedule: between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Professional office environment at our corporate center in Roseville, CA with the opportunity to travel to Chico on occasion.
