The hiring range for the Regional Manager is $145,000 to $165,000 annually along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager oversees branch banking functions, leads branches in achieving deposit, loan and other sales goals, and monitors branch budgets within a region.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees management and business development of a multi-branch network.
• Leads branches in achieving deposit, loan and other sales goals.
• Actively manages branch budgets across regional footprint.
• Monitors branch banking policies and procedures.
• Supervises branch manager activities, including market share growth and profits.
• Assists branch managers regarding their objectives, activities and operational performance.
• Visits branches on a regular basis to assure effective operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinates work force needs within a region.
• Assures successful implementation of marketing and promotional programs for sales, services and products.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides recommendations on proposed branch site locations.
• Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.
• Monitors practices to assure compliance with approved procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED required and undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Five years successful business calling experience.
• Five years branch management or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of banking regulations related to deposit and consumer lending products.
• Proven leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
