We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Emotional Learning Coach to join our team at Tri-County Community Action Agency Inc.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coach and support staff in delivering social emotional learning programs and services.
- Develop and implement individual plans for children and their families, based on their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with teaching teams, case managers, home visitors, and other staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or early childhood education.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in behavioral health services for young children and their families.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and therapeutic techniques/interventions.
