What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc?
Our growing Dental Practice is looking for a full time entry level Dental Assistant. Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:30. The Assistant will attend to patients in the clinical area of the practice, coordinate patient treatment and assist the Dentist in patient care. Candidate must be highly self -motivated and eager to be trained to perform Dental Assistant duties and complete the education necessary to become certified. Computer skills necessary. Holds X-ray certification.
Candidate must have 1-3 years’ experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience with Dentrix software strongly preferred. Flexibility and the ability to work as a team are a must.
This full-time position offers excellent benefits including health and dental insurance and paid holidays and annual leave after an introductory period (90 days or less).
Salary commensurate with experience with the opportunity for a scale adjustment after a period of time based upon performance.
