Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the Littleton Head Start program and TCCAP Head Start Site Leaders.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood education, Human Services or a related field with experience in supervision.
This position provides direct supervision of the Littleton site staff and TCCAP Head Start Site Leaders and ensures follow through with any personnel actions necessary in accordance with TCCAP and Tri County Head Start personnel policies, the completion of performance evaluations, goal setting and professional development.
This position will adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Tri County Head Start Best Practice Guidelines for Reflective Supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
