Position Description
Individual in this position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of services by Human Services Technicians. Position provides overall direction and oversight to HSTs. Additionally, this position provides staff training and development and delivery of behavioral health services in a residential setting.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides direct supervision to Human Services Technicians that may include: hiring, scheduling of work assignments, and assisting Program Coordinator with employee performance evaluations in accordance with agency policy for all HSTs at New Beginning Women, both FT and PT.
- Provides ongoing agency required training to the HSTs. Training may be provided jointly with the Program Coordinator.
- Comprehends and complies with all licensing regulations including; 65D30 Florida Statutes as they apply to each program, Medicaid standards, CARF requirements, and Tri-County Human Services, Inc. Policies and Procedures pertinent to all compliance and regulatory standards.
- Participates in preparation of reports for the programs Quality Assessment and Improvement Program within assigned guidelines.
- With guidance from Program Coordinator, assures that the facility and support services are reviewed and compliant with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Ensures that staffing pattern and scheduling is adhered to and in compliance with state requirements jointly with Program Coordinator.
- Assists in the development and implementation of budgets jointly with the Nursing Supervisor.
- Ensures that the department complies with company policies and procedures jointly with the Program Coordinator.
- Assess the performance of the department or company against goals and plans jointly with the Program Coordinator.
- Motivate workers through incentives and positive feedback.
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks.
- Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.

Minimum Training and Experience
A Certified Behavioral Health Technician Certificate and five years' experience working in the disciplines of addiction and/or mental health treatment. Supervisory experience is preferred. This position will require 24 hour on-call availability and as needed off normal work week activities. The incumbent will also possess the following:
