What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Tri-County Janitorial?
We are looking for Janitors to take care of multiple buildings/locations and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
This work will cover multiple locations in Fresno and the surrounding area.
Monday-Saturday; 6 days per week; Requires flexibility to work afternoon/evening.
Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week available to start;
Responsibilities
· Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
· Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
· Stock and maintain supply rooms.
· Follow all health and safety regulations.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be willing work hard, physically walk a lot of miles in a day. Proven working experience. Integrity and ability to work independently. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to continually stand or remain on feet when performing all job functions. Must be able to continuously push, pull, stoop and crouch when performing job functions related to servicing and cleaning machines and facility.
