Job Description
The Loader position works with other loading / production staff throughout the warehouse to ensure orders are loaded accurately and of proper quality. Fully versed in all aspects of the duties of the loading department, they ensure all trucks are loaded in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain training and following Standard Operating Procedures 100% of the time.
Receive the required amount of monthly training. {2.5 hours in 2024}.
Operating rhythm
Attend the Weekly Level 10 Team Meetings.
Maintain and clean your assigned equipment & areas daily.
Ensure all orders are quality controlled check with our Quality Assurance process applied.
Ensure timely and accurate loading of all trucks and trailers.
Assist with items delivered to the warehouse after hours, noting items received and confirming to Purchasing accurate reports of items received.
Note and report any job packs that are damaged.
Safety
Follow all safety procedures, equipment manuals and all required safety measures for work in a warehouse environment.
Quickly report accidents and injuries following all safety and emergency procedures. Note all details surrounding these events and report to Assistant Manufacturing Team Lead.
Report any tool / equipment issues to Assistant Manufacturing Team Lead.
Know and adhere to the Company Procedures and Policies.
Atmosphere
Warehouse / Outside, temperatures ranging from 30 degrees to over 100 degrees
At times it will be required to work in the rain.
Additional Skills Required :
21 years old is required for driving purposes
Must have a Valid driver license
Full and complete understanding of forklift, position, and duty of the loading position
Lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and forklift certification
Ability to read driver sheets and verify the sales order numbers on job packs match driver sheets.
Must be able to drive truck with 30–45-foot gooseneck trailer and semi with a 45’ Flat Bed Trailer.
Understanding Quality Control Standards and notifying management when products are not up to specifications.
Problem solver, critical thinker, handling multiple issues at same time.
Effective listener, communicator, and conflict resolution
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Loader of trucks & trailers Hours are 5 PM - 1 : 30 AM
