Standing Seam Rollform Operator
Performance Expectations
The Standing Seam Roll-form operator organizes the jobs, uploads them, and creates the panels for each job. They stack these jobs on carts that are preloaded by the Standing Seam crater and pass them down once they are full. They are required to read sales orders and prioritize their daily workload to ensure that all jobs for the current day are completed.

Maintain training and following Standard Operating Procedures 100% of the time.Receive the required amount of monthly training. {2.5 hours in 2024}.Operating rhythmAttend the Weekly Level 10 Team Meetings.
Maintain and clean your assigned equipment daily; forklift, Rollformer, and / or truck.Keep up on materials needed to complete orders; coil, plastic, printer paper, and / or any other items needed to complete orders.Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of any obstructions.SafetyFollow all safety procedures, equipment manuals and all required safety measures for work in a warehouse environment.
Quickly report accidents and injuries following all safety and emergency procedures. Note all details surrounding these events and report to Assistant Manufacturing Team Lead -Standing Seam.Report any tool / equipment issues to Assistant Manufacturing Team Lead -Standing Seam.ProductivityWith a new sales order verify and inspect coil and machine for correct color, gauge, profile, options (flat, minor rib, striated), and number of crates needed to complete each job.
If the order is an add-on for an existing order, ensure that the color / spangle, gauge, options (flat, minor rib, striated), and vendor match that previous order.Identify if multiple people are needed to handle panels, i.e. 25’- 35’ – 2 people over 35’ – 3 people.Complete all orders by the scheduled completion time.Ensure all orders are quality controlled check with our Quality Assurance process applied.
