LaSalle County - LaSalle/Peru/Ottawa, 40 hours/week
Want to make a difference in someone’s life? Are you self-motivated and ready to motivate others to become self-sufficient? Join our team as a Community Outreach Worker in our LaSalle Office. The Community Outreach Worker will provide case management services to eligible individuals, information and referrals on community resources, and emergency assistance to meet the basic needs of households with lower incomes.
An Associate’s Degree in Social Services or related field or equivalent experience is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, insured transportation, be willing to travel locally, and be able to complete a Family & Community Development certification process. Being bilingual is a plus.
