POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Foreperson, paving or prep equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of road construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.?This equipment may include, but is not limited to asphalt paver, paver screed, roller, skid steer, grade tractor, power broom, and plate tampers.
On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities.
This position is full-time seasonal, working April through December (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays.

- Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience preferred
