ABOUT THE JOB
The pay for this position starts at $600 / week plus 5% commission on gross sales , with half paid at the time of sale and the other half paid once the job is complete.
Plus, we have commission increases based on performance. Our current top salespeople gross over $100,000 / year !
Our team enjoys generous benefits , including medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer contribution of 50%); life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance;
and a 401K (up to 3% employer match). You can also count on a company vehicle with a fuel card, a mobile office , and a monthly cell phone stipend .
The typical schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM . However, there are times when a client needs an earlier or later appointment or an appointment on a Saturday.
DAY-TO-DAY FOR AN OUTSIDE SALES REP
Your roofing experience puts you in a unique position to understand and offer the best solutions to our customers' roofing and gutter needs, making you an ideal Outside Sales Rep.
Each day, you visit customers, listen to their needs, and create customized proposals on the spot. You have the flexibility to work from your mobile office and use our streamlined digital process to make everything quick and efficient.

Our ideal Outside Sales Rep has roofing experience, although it is not required, and the following required qualifications :
- 3 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel)
