Job Responsibilities
Tri-County Technical College is seeking EMT Basic skills Adjunct for our Corporate and Community Education Division. Instructors will assist lead instructors with practical skills for Emergency Medical Technician competencies. Delivering EMT Basic Skills curriculum to students, ensuring comprehension and practical application. Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of course materials to align with current industry standards. Ensuring instructional practices meet the regulatory requirements and standards set by relevant accrediting bodies. Evaluating student performance through examinations, practical skills assessments, and providing constructive feedback.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- 21 years of age
- HS Diploma or GED
- Current certification with 2 years experience as SC EMT
- CPR from AHA: BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years as 911 Paramedic.
- Previous IST or EMT instructor experience
