Tri-County Therapy, LLC (“TCT”) is a pediatric therapy company that provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old. TCT’s mission is to provide quality therapy to children while building a diverse community of talent where each team member feels empowered to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.
TCT offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. TCT has clinics located in the following South Carolina cities: Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville and Anderson. We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.
We are hiring for an experienced Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist that fits with TCT’s core values and commitment to our families and team!
Current Position Available:
- Part to Full-Time SLP for our Mount Pleasant community and clinic. Therapy sessions take place within the preschool, daycare, homes and Mount Pleasant clinic. Current caseload is a very full part-time position (approx. 20 hours), with growth potential to full-time in the Spring.
Our Leadership structure provides a direct manager for you and your team, as well as a Lead Speech Language Pathologist to provide clinical support, training, and documentation review.
Job Requirements:
- Must be actively licensed in South Carolina
- Must have at least 3-4 years of outpatient pediatric therapy experience
- AAC, feeding, and oral-motor development experience are a must
- Must be comfortable going into daycares/homes
Full-Time Compensation Package:
Salary bonus commission pay structure
Salaries range from $64,000-$85,000 dependent upon experience and productivity
