Tri-County Therapy, LLC (“TCT”) is a pediatric therapy company that provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old. TCT’s mission is to provide quality therapy to children while building a diverse community of talent where each team member feels empowered to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.
TCT offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. TCT has clinics located in the following South Carolina cities: Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville and Anderson. We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.

Current Opportunities:
- Mixed Position: Clinic, Early Intervention, and Aquatic Therapy in our Ladson, SC office
Our Leadership structure provides a direct manager for you and your team, as well as a fantastic team with clinical support, training, and documentation review.
Job Requirements:
- Must be actively licensed in South Carolina
- Experience with torticollis, neuromuscular impairments, and developmental delays.
- Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.
Compensation Package for Full-Time:
Salary bonus commission pay structure
Salaries range from $64,000-$85,000 dependent upon experience and productivity
Some Independent Contractor options will be considered
