Core Purpose (What We Do):
Building excellence through unique, high-quality homes that create lasting memories.
Tasks to be performed by the Site Superintendent:
- Interface with our online software platform Procore, to include compiling punch list items, daily logs, managing change orders for each project, and basic budget numbers.
- Walk the homes daily for quality control, progress reports, and plan compliance.
- Interact with subcontractors, inspectors, municipalities, interior designers, and clients daily.
- Oversee the day-to-day homebuilding process including but limited to the following:
- Pre-development work and inspections as required.
- All phases of the homebuilding process.
- Site meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Post-construction service work during the warranty period.
- Assist in the budgeting process by assisting managers in obtaining bids, providing materials or information to subcontractors for the bidding process, and obtaining pricing on some change orders as needed.
- Management of Excel spreadsheets or Word documents as needed.
- Assist Managers in product and material research, design research, and new subcontractor and vendor opportunities.
Character Traits and Skill Sets Required:
- Trustworthiness- PM will be exposed to sensitive information. They will need to earn the trust of their manager and be responsible for guarding proprietary information.
- Responsible- The PM will have an integral part of the daily operation of TriCrest Homes. They must be a person who does what they say they will do. Examples of this are completing tasks by deadlines, showing up on time to work, meetings and engagements, and communicating with managers and other employees.
- Time Management- The PM will be required to multitask between various activities daily. Time management will be crucial in how efficient things get done, and to the level of accuracy, a task is completed.
- Attention-to-Detail- Strong organizational and management skills are required when handling Procore, the bid process, and other related tasks.
- Personable- The PM must be able to interact with a wide variety of people, including people of many different ethnicities, languages, and socio-economic backgrounds. The PM must be compassionate to clients, firm yet understanding with subcontractors and vendors dealing with payments, and patient dealing with people daily.
- Problem Solving Skills- True problem-solving skills are a necessity for the PM. They will have the ability to look at a situation, produce effective and efficient ways to solve the case, frequently without the help of the Principal.

Experience:
- Five years' experience managing luxury and modern residential homes.
- Two years' experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Candidate needs to demonstrate expertise in creating and managing detailed documents.
- Demonstrated experience using online platform Procore.
- Demonstrated management and organizational experience.
