SUMMARY: All Tri-Eagle Sales employees are expected to live and lead the Tri-Eagle Sales FISH philosophy and company values, focusing on customer service excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

EVENT MARKETING

  • Execute all events as planned for the assigned TES Market. Ensure Tri-Eagle Sales and our brands are represented appropriately and that the vision, mission, goals, and strategies align with our brand message and comply with company and legal guidelines.
  • Assist the Sales Management with executing sports properties in merchandising, event execution, tailgate activations, etc.
  • Assist with community product donations and coordinating drop-off and/or pick-up.
  • Responsible for brand awareness and messaging on our social media content during sampling or special events conducted by the Brand Ambassador team.
  • Responsible for building the monthly marketing recap and presenting to Sr. Management during scheduled marketing meetings. Also responsible for building and presenting during the monthly Sales Meeting on brand plans, activations and sponsorship for the upcoming month and quarter.
  • Provide ongoing collaboration, creative input, and design with Senior Management on special events.

ON-PREMISE ACTIVATIONS & ACCOUNT CALLS

  • Responsible for targeted account list set by local sales directors. On Premise Manager must focus on set targets by the sales directors and branch manager. These targets are geared to drive initiatives set by local sales or suppliers.
  • Assist in the recruitment and retention of the Brand Ambassador team.
  • Responsible for leading the Brand Ambassador team once hired and trained. Lead and create the team’s schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Management on unique opportunities and ensure activations adhere to brand standards.
  • Responsible for collaborating with supplier partners in developing targeted on-premise brand activations and executing the development of focus brands alongside Sales Management.
  • Responsible for developing targeted account list for developing brands, driving distribution, and executing features at the subset list of accounts.
  • Must maintain call frequency in collaboration with Sales Directors. Sales Directors will assign the targeted accounts list and may be amended periodically due to new accounts, seasonality, etc.

POCM COORDINATION

  • Assist the Sales Support Manager with the management of paper and permanent point of sale (POCM) at Tri-Eagle Sales including receiving, communicating, and distributing POCM materials from supplier partners.
  • Assist in market coordination and execution of targeted marketing programs such as holiday display drives, themed marketing rollouts, new brand rollouts, and football season market support.
  • Responsible for collaborating with Sales Management on Trimester order windows.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • May be called upon to run sales routes as Relief Sales Rep from time to time.
  • May be called upon to assist in chain resets alongside sales support team from time to time.
  • Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Must attend monthly sales training meetings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and one to three years of draught related experience and/or training. Must be able to learn and understand all State and Federal Beverage Laws. Must be able to learn and comply with all Anheuser-Busch, Inc., and Tri-Eagle Sales policies.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

State of Florida Driver’s License.

Negative reading on a N.I.D.A. drug screen.

The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 160 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently exposed to extreme cold and heat and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication and presentation skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Excellent organization and project management skills.

Outgoing, organized, professional, with strong attention to detail

Ability to convey brand messages excitingly and interactively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong leadership skills

Flexible and able to adapt to challenging or changing situations with a “get it done” attitude. A strong work ethic is a must.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Must be a proficient user of a PC and have the ability to learn new software programs at ease. Must have the ability to learn the required hardware and software for sign making purposes. Must have knowledge of Windows operating systems, general internet and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook). Ability to troubleshoot related software and hardware issues.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers, clients, customers or employees.
