We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc.. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Bathing and Hygiene: Assist patients with bathing, shampooing, and oral hygiene to promote cleanliness and prevent skin breakdown.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for patients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Personal Care: Assist patients with dressing and undressing, changing bed linen, and maintaining their personal comfort and dignity.
- Toileting and Skin Care: Assist patients with toileting activities and provide skin care to prevent breakdown and promote overall health.
Requirements:
- CNA certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
