Job Description
Title : Identity & Access Management Specialist
Location : Remote
Duration : 12 Months

Note : This is a Remote position
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including identity governance, privileged access management, and authentication services.
Develop and enforce policies, standards, and procedures for user access control and identity management.
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring appropriate access levels are granted and revoked in a timely manner.
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing remediation measures.
Conduct access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to improve IAM processes and address access-related risks.
Stay current with industry best practices, emerging threats, and advancements in IAM technologies.
Provide IAM-related support and training to end-users and IT staff as needed.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or a related role.
Strong understanding of IAM principles, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.), and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Ping Identity, or similar solutions.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Microsoft Certified : Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to streamline IAM processes.
Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and their application within IAM frameworks.
