Key Responsibilities :
Design implement and maintain IAM solutions including identity governance privileged access management and authentication services.
Develop and enforce policies standards and procedures for user access control and identity management.
Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes ensuring appropriate access levels are granted and revoked in a timely manner.
Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems applications and cloud platforms.
Monitor and respond to IAMrelated security incidents conducting investigations and implementing remediation measures.
Conduct access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Collaborate with IT security and business teams to improve IAM processes and address accessrelated risks.
Stay current with industry best practices emerging threats and advancements in IAM technologies.
Provide IAMrelated support and training to endusers and IT staff as needed.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience).
35 years of experience in identity and access management cybersecurity or a related role.
Strong understanding of IAM principles authentication protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect etc.) and directory services (Active Directory LDAP etc.).
Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta SailPoint Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Ping Identity or similar solutions.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks including NIST ISO 27001 GDPR and HIPAA.
Familiarity with cloudbased IAM solutions and integration with AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Microsoft Certified : Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals.
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell Python etc.) to streamline IAM processes.
Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and their application within IAM frameworks.
