Shop Foreman
LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL TO ASSIST WITH MANAGING STAFF, CUSTOMER RELATIONS, & TECHINICAL SUPPORT WITHIN THE SHOP!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedules jobs / Assigns them to techs
- Approves techs parts orders
- Stays in touch with techs on job progress
- Communicates with customers
- Works closely with safety to keep all company vehicles maintained and repaired
- Works closely with the Office Manager to meet monthly revenue goals
- Identifies areas of concern and seeks possible solutions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years in a Management role (required)
- 3-5 years experience repairing and maintaining Light, Medium, and Heavy Duty vehicles (required)
- CDL A OR B is a plus but not required
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficiency in programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
