Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises office and operational personnel within both companies
- Ensures daily work and reports are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Investigates and resolves customer service issues and complaints
- Meets or exceeds company sales goals by partnering with ownership and other business partners
- Optimizes and owns the outcome of the profitability of the company by actively managing controllable expenses, local inventory, and directing the development of continued improvement projects to generate hard cost savings/profit improvement
