Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for pulling, packing, and preparing products for shipment, coordinating pickups, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a safe, clean, and organized shipping environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Pull, pack, and ship products to customers and internal teams
- Schedule freight and courier pickups/deliveries
- Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain a proactive approach to safety and quality standards
- Order warehouse and shipping supplies
- Put away products in finished goods locations
- Participate in inventory evaluations and cycle counts
- Support additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager
What You’ll Need (Requirements):
- 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Finish
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with quality control (e.g., taking photos of damages/discrepancies)
