Introduction:
THIS CAN BE A PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME POSITIONWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones/scheduling jobs, data entry, billing, accounting/Quick Books entries, inventory, record-keeping, accounts receivable, correspondence, sales, scheduling meetings and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication and typing skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for the team, including coordinating meetings and appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Greet and assist visitors and customers
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
File and maintain electronic and hard copy documents
Inventory Tracking/Ordering
- Data & QuickBooks entries

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and email
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Fluency in English is required
