Tri-Med Ambulance is seeking an experienced, compassionate Critical Care Program Lead to join our company in providing community and patient focused care for the greater Seattle area. This is a full-time position, with flexible hours/days, working in the field as a CCTRN and leading the critical care team. Come be a part of our TriMed family!
Our Critical Care Transport program provides complete care for high acuity patients from infant to adult during ambulance transport both inter-facility and from the field. CCT RN's ensure continuity of care, medical management and safe transport of patients throughout King County. From cardiac monitoring to ICU level of nursing care, RN's work directly with doctors, nurses, other medical professionals to give best possible outcomes for patients.
The Critical Care Program Lead performs all duties of a CCTRN in the field, as well as assists in the hiring and training of incoming CCTRNs, writes/manages the schedule, works directly with the Medical Director on CQI, chart reviews and policy development, orders supplies, facilitates the maintenance of ALS equipment, conducts CCTRN performance reviews, manages ongoing training, and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must have strong leadership skills and clinical skills, advanced experience in respiratory and ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac interventions and stroke management.
Must be comfortable working autonomously while also managing others, deal well with high stress situations and think on your feet.
Current active Washington State RN license.
MUST have minimum of 4 years ICU or high-volume ER experience
Scheduling and leadership experience preferred
EMS experience preferred
BLS, ACLS, and PALS(within 6 month of hire) certifications required
Valid Driver’s License, will be driving ambulance
Clean driving record- past 5 years

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
