Job Summary
Tri-Park Cooperative Housing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in our office. The Office Assistant will work closely with the Park Manager, as well as interact with residents, vendors and other staff members.
Qualifications

- 3 years of office experience
- QuickBooks and Microsoft knowledge
- Canva knowledge
- Facebook knowledge
- Website editing through Squarespace
- Ability to work independently and well with others.
- Organized and professional demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly Personality with lots of patience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Park Manager, including answering phones, checking the mail and drop boxes, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
- Greet and assist visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain resident records, ensuring updated policies, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process resident payments in QuickBooks.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating community events and meetings.
- Update the company’s Facebook and Website page as needed.
- Create and produce the monthly newsletter using a template on Canva
- Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors regarding lot rental inquiries.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for all maintenance related requests and/or concerns. Must complete maintenance request form for all requests.
- Review and process applications when they are received.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, place orders as needed for both the office and maintenance department.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Assist board members with special projects that have been preapproved by the Park Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by the Park Manager.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
