We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our operations.
Your Role:
The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for promoting a Lean culture through a collaborative and positive approach, leading problem-solving initiatives, and supporting teams in identifying and implementing process improvements. This role involves reviewing current methods to increase efficiency and quality, working closely with employees and management, measuring operational performance, and ensuring the successful rollout and follow-up of new work standards. The role also includes conducting internal process audits and reporting on improvement outcomes.
What You’ll Do?
- Promote the Lean culture with a collaborative and positive attitude, encouraging employee engagement and ownership at all levels of the organization.
- Prepare, coordinate, and lead problem-solving activities in a structured continuous improvement framework.
- Review existing processes and work methods with a critical eye to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, or unnecessary complexity, with the goal of optimizing overall performance.
- Monitor and Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Define and track KPIs related to improvement initiatives, analyze results, and use insights to drive further actions and performance.
- Ensure proper transfer and integration of new work methods, providing training and documentation, and following up with department managers to validate adoption and monitor expected gains.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing or related field or High school diploma with 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and observational skills.
- Skilled in problem-solving and data analysis.
- Customer focus and autonomy.
- Good communication skills, human approach and empathy.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Bi-Lingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
