- We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the homebuilding process from permitting to delivery, ensuring quality control and adherence to building codes and regulations.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of home construction, including architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans, and soil reports.
- Familiarity with Hyphen BuildPro and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project, are also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trade partners and consultants, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to scopes of work and safety protocols.
- Oversee onsite safety, inspect work, and approve payment for acceptable work and materials.
- Schedule aspects of construction projects, including trade partner coordination, material deliveries, and inspections.
- Modify schedules as needed to achieve Company goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant construction experience or education is required.
- Strong knowledge of home construction and ability to read, understand, and implement adjustments to architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans, and soil reports.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and all scopes of work.
- Expertise in Hyphen BuildPro and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.
