Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Financial System Administrator.
Position Summary :
Responsible for overseeing the OneStream financial planning application, including system administration, user management, support, and data integration, to ensure efficient financial reporting and analysis. This position will also collaborate with our ERP (E1) Business Analysts and help support home office financial reporting.
Responsibilities :
- System Administration - Oversee the overall health and performance of the OneStream application, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- User Management - Manage user access, roles, and security within OneStream, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
- Application Support - Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and assisting with training and adoption
- Upgrades and Enhancements - Plan, coordinate, and execute upgrades and enhancements, staying current with the latest software releases and best practices.
- Data Integration - Manage the integration of data from various source systems into OneStream, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Workflow Management - Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows within OneStream, automating processes and improving data accuracy. This function includes collaboration with our ERP system, E1.
- Reporting - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within OneStream to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Support financial special projects and reporting as needed

Salary : $80,100 - $117,500
