HVAC Maintenance Technician

Tri-R Mechanical Services is currently expanding & looking for commercial HVAC / R maintenance technicians!! We are currently looking for technicians in the following regions : Buffalo, Rochester, & Southern Tier

Responsibilities :

  • Include but not limited to : Completing planned maintenance jobs on commercial HVAC / R equipment.
  • Use a tablet-based system to record / submit reports from PMS.
  • Communicate with dispatchers to complete / schedule jobs throughout the day / week.
  • Travel to various pm sites.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC field experience
  • EPA certificate
  • OSHA 10
  • Ability to pass a background / drug screening
  • Ability to use ladders for roof access
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Clean drivers license
  • Follow safety rules & requirements
  • Great customer service skills
  • Willing to work overtime / weekends as needed

    • Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
