Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Recharge and adjust refrigerant levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow all safety protocols and local codes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal refrigeration training program or equivalent work experience.
- Valid HVAC/R certification (EPA Section 608) required.
- Minimum [5] years of experience in refrigeration service and repair.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems (including rack systems), components, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
