Real Estate Counsel, Sr. Manager - $170K to $190K plus bonusHybrid in Phoenix, AZOur client is a publicly traded, national real estate organization adding to their corporate legal team. They are seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2 years experience. This a hybrid work environment (3 days in office), that offers excellent work / life balance and opportunity for advancement.Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the company’s senior VP’s and experienced paralegals. This role will work extensively with in-house leasing, property management, construction, and development departments. Duties will include due diligence including investigating property titles, zoning laws, and potential legal issues before transactions.
