Tri Scapes LLC is looking for a skilled Construction Foreman to lead our team in Savannah, GA. This role involves managing daily job site activities, supervising crew members, ensuring quality work, and promoting a safe work environment. We need someone with strong leadership skills, technical know-how, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:Lead construction crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
Plan and oversee daily work schedules.
Read and follow blueprints and project plans.
Enforce safety rules and uphold company safety culture.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues as needed.
Keep accurate records of work, materials, and crew hours.
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management.
Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are properly maintained.
Experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Physically capable of working in different weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Several years of experience in construction.
OSHA certification or safety training preferred.
