Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Foreman to lead a crew responsible for maintaining both existing and newly acquired commercial properties. The ideal candidate will display the ability to lead a crew, a solid understanding of landscaping maintenance, and the ability to coordinate and work with other teams as needed. This role requires hands-on work, scheduling oversight, delivering a top quality service to new and existing customers
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the landscaping crew, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
Ability to supervise and maintain mowing, trimming, blowing, and spraying of various properties.
Supervise and work with crew members to maintain safety and quality standards.
Communicate with management to schedule project timelines effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Assist other teams and projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Knowledge of commercial landscaping maintenance, and plant care.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physical labor.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred, not required.
