Job Summary :
Tri Scapes LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Branch Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fleet vehicles as well as various pieces of equipment including but not limited to Zero Turns, Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, and Various Small Engine equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities :
Access vehicles and machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on fleet vehicles and various pieces of heavy equipment.
Prepare detailed quotes and work estimates as requested.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Keep garage equipment and tools clean and in safe, working condition at all times.
Adhere to company work safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience as a mechanic, experience with Heavy Equipment a plus
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as required.
Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certification in automotive or machinery repair preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance
